Highchair Return
Please purchase the “Highchair Return” to return a new and unused highchair to My Babiie.
The “Highchair Return” covers the cost of a DPD collection from your chosen address and delivery back to the My Babiie warehouse. This is NOT and a physical product e.g a box or other packaging items. Returned items must be new and unused securely packaged in suitably sized packaging, complete with all original parts and accessories.
Once purchased, please contact our Customer Service Team via email on [email protected] confirming the below information –
(a) a suitable collection date and time (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm),
(b) a full collection address,
(c) a contact number,
(d) confirmation that the product is securely packaged and ready for collection.
Our Customer Service Team will then book the collection in with DPD, for your return to be collected and delivered to the My Babiie warehouse.
